Overview
Starting Monday, January 19, Pocket Advantage will receive a User Interface (UI) update for iOS devices (iPads and iPhones). This update introduces a visual change to how Order Delivery options are displayed, while maintaining all existing functionality.
What’s Changing?
- The Order Delivery section will be merged into the Unsent Order Recap view.
- Order Delivery options will now appear at the top of the Unsent Order Recap view.
- Tapping the blue highlighted <…> will allow access to additional order options.
Impact
- This is a visual update only.
- All existing functions for these options remain unchanged.

Step-by-Step Guide: Accessing Order Delivery Options After the Update
- Open Pocket Advantage on your iOS device (iPad or iPhone).
- Navigate to the Unsent View
- Tap on an unsent order to bring you to the Unsent Order Recap view.
- At the top of the view, locate the Order Delivery options section.
- Tap the blue highlighted <…> icon under the additional order option you would like to add to:
- Delivery Date
- Delivery Instructions
- PO Number
- Special Delivery Instructions
- Comment2
- Instructions
- Order Note
- Complete your order as usual. All functionality remains the same.
