There are a few quick tips to troubleshooting survey problems. The first is to ensure that your device has location services turned on. Go to settings, in the search bar type location, then scroll down to PA+ on the right frame and ensure that it's set to Always Allow. This is a requirement if you're going to be conducting mandatory surveys for customers.
