iPhone/iPad - Clearing History, Cookies, and Cache from Safari

Websites store cookies and cache on your device to enhance your browsing experience when you return. However, these stored files can occasionally interfere with website functionality. To fix this, you'll need to clear your Safari history and data.

Before proceeding with the steps below, please ensure that you have closed or bookmarked any tabs in Safari that you wish to keep. The process will close all open tabs, and they cannot be recovered afterward.

1. Unlock your Apple device and go to the Settings app. If you do not know where your Settings app is, drag down your screen to pull up your search bar and search "Settings".

2. With the Settings app opened, click in the "Search" bar at the top of the screen. Starting typing "Safari" in the search bar and a list of relative options will appear. Select the top option.

3. The 'Safari' page will appear, scroll down until you see a tile that says "Clear History and Website Data".

4. When you select the "Clear History and Website Data" tile, a "Clear History" prompt will appear. Select "All History" and click the toggle for "Close All Tabs".

5. Select "Clear History".
