This article will go over how to fix your issue if the key bindings in DEC are not working. This includes the F10 key not bringing up the right menu or PF1 not letting you move back screens.
In most cases the issue is with the function keys (Fn keys) not being locked and acting as their function.
To turn on the Fn keys lock you will want to hold the Fn key on the bottom right next to the ctrl key and press the esc button.
When you do this, you will see a prompt on your screen to tell you it was locked or unlocked. (The chart below shows what each key does when it is locked or unlocked)
