PA - Use the On-Screen keyboard for ID search

This article will walk you through how to open the On-Screen keyboard to search for items in Pocket Advantage. 

Option 1

Once you choose the customer, press the ID button on the bottom (arrow) followed by the button for symbol/numbers (box) to bring up the number keypad.

Option 2

Press the magnifying glass at the top right corner to search.

Press the keyboard icon on the bottom (box) and select Show keyboard (arrow).  Select the button for numbers, to bring up the number keypad (as seen in option 1).
