All emails sent to M.S. Walker mailboxes are scanned for spam, phishing and malware. Emails flagged as spam using specific criteria are delivered into your Junk Mail folder.
Emails flagged as spam using Microsoft's AI (artificial intelligence) cause the email to go into quarantine and trigger an email. The email will come from quarantine@messaging.microsoft.com with the subject Microsoft 365 security: You have messages in quarantine.
Most of these emails listed as in quarantine will be spam and not an email you need. If this is the case, you can just delete the Quarantine email.
If you believe the email is legitimate, you can view the email by going to https://security.microsoft.com/quarantine.
