When instructed by IT, you will need to re-enter your password or delete/re-add your email account on your iPhone or iPad to have it start working again.
When you reset your password and access your mail, you should see this pop up. If you don't, follow instructions below. If you get it, then click Edit Settings to re-enter your password.
Click on Settings.
Click Mail and then Accounts.
Click Exchange.
Click Delete Account.
Click Delete from My iPad.
Go back to Mail and click Add Account.
Enter your email address.
Click Sign In.
Click Continue.
Enter your password and click Sign In.
Click Save. NOTE: if you use Outlook and do not want to receive emails in Apple Mal, uncheck Mail.
