How to Fix – PA Missing Data

If your PA look to be missing data (Customers, Items, etc.) please follow the below steps to perform a manual refresh to redownload your data.

 

Step 1: Open PA.

 

Step 2: In the left Navigation menu click on Settings.

 

Step 3: In the settings view on the right side click on the First Aid button.

 

Step 4: Finally in the First Aid view click the second option “Download & Reload Latest Info”

 

Your PA should now be refreshing again. After it is done your data should be back. If it isn’t please reach out to the IT Department at 617-776-6701 or by email helpdes@mswalker.com
