If you are not able to playback MSWalker University training videos on Mobile/IOS devices when within the portal, the following setting change will allow the video to play.
Solution:
If inside a MSWalker University training and the video continuously loads in a loop; Do the following:
1) Locate the "Settings" button on the bottom right hand corner of the screen
2) When inside of the "Settings" menu; Locate the sub-menu titled "Quality"
3) Select the "Quality" sub-menu. When inside of the sub-menu; Switch the video resolution from
"480p" to "HD".
4) The video should begin to playback without issue. Continue and complete the training as normal.
