EIS - Supplier Login Walkthrough

Please follow the below instructions to gain access to the MS Walker EIS platform

These instructions split between PC and MAC users. Please scroll down to the section appropriate to the device you are using.

PC Users

Step1 PC:  Open a Web Browser and navigate to http://erds2.inventiv.com/rdweb

Step 2 PC: Once the page loads login with your Inventiv login.

• If you do not know your login please reach out to the MS Walker Helpdesk at [e-mail]

Step 3 PC: After Logging in click the green icon that has ADVEIS in text underneath it.

• Doing so will download the .rdp app used to access the platform.

Step 4 PC: Once downloaded open the .rpd file and click Connect on the prompt that appears.

Step 5 PC: A second login window will appear, you will need to re-enter your Invnetiv login to continue.

Step 6 PC: After connecting to the terminal server a third login window will appear to get onto the software Nothing needs to be done and the software will automatically login.

MAC Users

Step 1 MAC: Please download the Windows App Mobile app from the app store.

Step 2 MAC: Open a Web Browser and navigate to http://erds2.inventiv.com/rdweb

Step 3 MAC: Once the page loads login with your Inventiv login.

• If you do not know your login please reach out to the MS Walker Helpdesk at [e-mail]

Step 4 MAC: After Logging in click the green icon that has ADVEIS in text underneath it.

• Doing so will download the .rdp app used to access the platform.

Step 5 MAC: Once downloaded open the .rpd file, it will open up in the Microsoft Remote Desktop app.

• If it doesn’t, you will need to click the File, go to the Finder menu, and then click the Open With option to select the Microsoft Remote Desktop app.

Step 6 MAC: A second login window will appear, you will need to re-enter your Inventiv login to continue.

Step 7 MAC: After connecting to the terminal server a third login window will appear to get onto the software Nothing needs to be done and the software will automatically login.
